- Data, text message and minute usage while roaming may take up to 30 days to show on your account and may impact what is displayed as available.
- wirenetworks only activated roaming if requested by you the customer, but we always advise you on using vibre, watsup or Skype in wifi areas to avoid roaming charges overseas and to switch of your data.

- No Minimum Monthly Charge/no contract/no term fee
- Your monthly charges are billed according to your billing cycle.
The following fees are charged in addition to your Minimum Monthly Charge where applicable
- Paper bill $2.50 inc GST
- A payment surcharge applies to all credit card payments. MasterCard and Visa is 2.5%
- Post Office payment is $2.50
- Late payment $19 inc GST
- Emailed bills are NIL charged
